Coverage you can count on
Every qualifying Honest Water Southwest system is backed by real coverage — on the parts, the key components, and the installation itself.
Eligible Dry & Non-Consumable Parts
Tanks, valve bodies, and other eligible dry, non-consumable components are covered for as long as you own the system in your home.
Control Valve, Circuit Board & Media
The control valve, electronic circuit board, and treatment media are covered against defects for five years from the installation date.
Original Installation Labor
Labor on the original installation is covered for one full year — if something related to the install needs attention, we make it right.
How a claim works
- 1Call or text us with a description of the issue — photos help.
- 2We troubleshoot with you by phone first; many issues resolve without a visit.
- 3If a covered part failed, we arrange the repair or replacement with an approved professional.
What is not covered
- Consumables — salt, replacement RO filters, and media at the end of its normal service life
- Damage from freezing, fire, flood, or other events outside normal household use
- Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than an approved professional
- Systems moved from the original installation address without prior approval
